I guess I haven’t been updating this blog as much as I should; I’m going to be trying to rectify but that but part of the reason is that I’ve been writing for UK-anime.net reviewing Live Action Asian cinema for about a year now so a lot of things that might have been here have been there! I’m going to try to remember to link them all here (as long as the good folks at uk-anime don’t mind) but here are a few recent ones:
Blu Ray:
Tetsuo: The Iron Man / Tetsuo 2: Body Hammer
Festival Coverage:
Zipangu Fest 2012:
Raindance 2012:
- Sado Tempest (Arashi)
- A Road Stained Crimson (Akai Kisetsu)
- About the Pink Sky (link coming soon)
Hopefully I’ll be able to keep this a bit more current! Anyway, in the meantime, here’s a trailer for Third Window Films’ Tetsuo release which (as you can see from my review) is pretty much essential viewing!
Ah, you write for an anime website like I do? Awesome. It has been the same for me in terms of finding time to write but the other way around – live-action films first, anime second 😛
Yes – I mostly just cover the live action stuff though and occasionally non-anime animations (actually I think it was just Tatsumi as far as I remember). I don’t think I’ve actually written anything on anime for them (although I’m a fan, obviously ;p). You write for AnimeUkNews, don’t you? Great site btw 🙂
